The Rockery in Penrith is highly praised for its spaciousness, lovely views, and excellent location, offering easy access to local amenities and scenic walks. It's ideal for family gatherings, with ample space and facilities that cater to both children and pets. Guests are overall very happy and would book again, despite a minor issue with cleanliness regarding the BBQ area.
Guests are generally pleased with the property, but there was an isolated incident of rubbish and dirty utensils left in the BBQ area. This suggests that cleanliness is very good overall, with room for improvement in checking outdoor facilities.
The location is consistently described as great, with easy access to local amenities, walks, and scenery. It's also conveniently located for exploring the Lakes and Dales.
The property is noted for its spaciousness and comfort, with enough room to accommodate large family gatherings and a baby gate for child safety.
While the reviews mention great facilities and a well-equipped property, there is no specific information on maintenance, so a score cannot be accurately provided.
There are no mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

Lovely place, has everything you need! Ideal that there is a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs and plenty of space for everyone. Unfortunately there was rubbish and dirty utensils left in the BBQ by the previous guests which attracted foxes on the first night but other than that, very happy with it. Would definitely book again!
