We had a fabulous stay at Hazelrigg Farm. A beautiful location where you feel as if you are in the middle of knowwhere as it is so peacefu, but yet you are only a short drive from lake Windermere. You do need a car however thats why we choose it to get away from it all. Would stay again.

Had a brilliant 4 nights at Hazelrigg Farm, beds comfy , quiet location, heating excellent , log burner excellent. Great value for money , the owners father lives next door & came to introduce himself which was lovely. The 2 dogs of the owners father were just a delight to see outside the door.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying at Hazelrigg.Paul, if you read this ,I left my favourite sweater on the sofa :( any chance you can post it to me?
