Due to the nature of this property and land there are a number of drops within the grounds of about 1.5 metres and so children must be supervised at all times. There is an unfenced stream in the garden. Access to the back garden area, is from steps at the door of the property, not the gate with 'private' written on. This property is next door to UK1367 which shares the garden
Suitable for up to 2 pets

So enjoyed this holiday. Location was perfect for the dogs and all variety of walks. Cottage location was great, and had everything we need for the week.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the cottage which is in a rural location so it is ideal for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The garden is extensive and leads down to a fabulous fast flowing river. I enjoyed falling asleep to the rush of water. There is lots of wild life! There was plenty of room for our grown up family of 4 an the cottage is well equipped. (The kitchen / diner is fab!) We found the beds comfortable and the cottage is nice and warm. We didn't have an issue in our car but Just to be aware if you have a low slung car, the short road down to the cottage is quite rough. Plenty of parking for 2 to 3 cars which is brilliant. Highly recommend this cottage if you want to get away from the crowds.

A lovely warm and comfortable cottage in a delightful setting. Well equipped and very clean with no evidence of the issues mentioned in an earlier review. Only slight issue was the TV reception where the Humax box didn't respond to the remote. Also the post box mentioned in the directions has been removed. Otherwise somewhere we would be happy to revisit.
