Venture into Norwich city (12 miles) to mosey around the high street and independent shops and bustling market, before visiting the cathedral, castle or one of the city’s many restaurants. Wroxham, known as the Capital of the Broads, is 17 miles and a hub for hiring a boat to explore the waterways, stopping at pretty villages. The North Norfolk coast is also within easy reach, with Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney and Sheringham all within 25 miles for beach walks and freshly caught seafood.
