The raised patio, set under an oak gazebo, is the ideal spot for al fresco entertaining on a summer’s evening. The property has private parking for up to ten cars.
The village of Coltishall, along with neighbouring Horstead (1 mile), boasts shops, eateries, plus fishing on the River Bure. The staithe is just outside the village, where you can hire water sports equipment. The bustling ‘capital’ of the Broads – Wroxham – is 3 miles away for boat hire, while Bewilderwood Norfolk is 4 miles away.
