About this property

Iris, Lilypad, and Bulrush are three private bell tents in rural Norfolk near Norwich, each accommodating two - four guests. Each tent can be booked individually or together. They are separated by a pond, tall grasses, and vibrant blooms, and are equipped for a relaxing glamping experience. You can explore nearby National Trust properties, enjoy boat hire, try surfing, and more. Families with children are welcome when the entire site is booked.

You can hire each tent individually or all three together as a group (see additional info for details). In group bookings, children are allowed; otherwise, this is an adult-only site.

Inside the tents you’ll find a double bed with linen provided, two chairs and some storage space. The outdoor bespoke kitchenette area is perfect for dining alfresco or cosy under the canvas if you prefer! Including a double gas camping stove, crockery, pots, pans, kitchen equipment and a barbecue you really will find everything you need.

A shepherds hut is home to a private bathroom for each bell tent with a shower, basin and flushing WC, plus complementary eco friendly toiletries. Please bring your own towels.

The Old Stables has been turned into a communal area. There is a shared fridge freezer, coffee machine and more pots and pans along with a table and chairs if you wish to dine under a solid roof, or play one of the games that the stables are stocked with for guests to use. Bikes are available to use to explore the surrounding area (free of charge).

Children below 16 are welcome when all three tents are booked.

Two well behaved dogs are welcome per bell tent (Included in the price).

There is an unfenced pond on-site; swimming and fishing are not permitted.
