Guests say

High Garden is a well-received holiday rental in Great Yarmouth, praised for its spaciousness, welcoming atmosphere, and good WiFi. Guests enjoy the social open-plan living area, proximity to attractions, and a local pub with excellent food. The hot tub is a highlight, though some mention it could be better maintained. A few minor maintenance issues are noted, but overall, guests are very satisfied and often express a desire to return.

The property is generally found to be clean, with a good standard of cleaning noted. However, some guests pointed out areas that could benefit from more thorough attention, such as beneath sofas and beds.

The location is highly regarded, with the property being close to Great Yarmouth, the broads, and Gorleston on Sea. A great pub within walking distance is frequently mentioned.

Guests find the property comfortable, highlighting the spacious main bedroom with en-suite, comfy beds, and the social open-plan living area. Some furniture was reported as wobbly, but this did not significantly impact the overall comfort.

While the property is appreciated for being well-equipped, there are comments about lacking equipment, such as insufficient wine glasses for the number of guests. The garden and hot tub maintenance are areas suggested for improvement.

The property is commended for its homely touches and a goodies basket that was well-received by guests. It's noted that such thoughtful gestures contribute positively to the experience, though it's politely mentioned that these are not guaranteed for every stay.

Great location only negative is it’s lacking equipment and the attention to detail. steeps 6 only has four wine glasses and three flutes, the hot tub is under a tree which sheds pine needles all over the garden which needed swiping no broom. Bath towels small. On plus side main bedroom lovely size with en-suite. Great pub within walking distance lovely food Sunday roast must be tried. (Queens Head)

Our stay was absolutely lovely and was everything we needed. Few minor things that need attention (these things were just niggles a d had no impact on the great time we had) -- dining room chair legs were very loose- bar stools were creaky and wobbly- cleaning was of good standard but needed more attention in between the sofas/bedsThank you for a wonderful stay, we wouldn’t highly recommend! The goodies basket was a hit too 🙂
