Nestled at the end of the row, positioned in a horseshoe shape, with large lawned gardens at the front, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities.
A private seating area is positioned at the rear to enjoy countryside field views with horses grazing. Children will especially love the outdoor play area, providing hours of entertainment. Newly refurbished (2024) to offer comfortable and well-equipped to ensure your holiday is truly memorable. For those who enjoy socializing and dining out, there’s a pub conveniently located on-site. Whether you fancy a refreshing drink or a delicious meal. There is also a heated swimming pool (daily charges will apply) and a children’s soft play area. Nearby is one of the UK’s best preserved Roman sites, filled with history, and a beautiful place to wander, boasting panoramic views across Breydon Waters to the mills and marshes beyond, teeming with bird life. Super sandy beaches and seaside fun head to Gorleston on Sea or enjoy the Golden Mile at Great Yarmouth for a host of traditional seaside attractions including a fun fair. Enjoy a day at the races, both horse and dog racing are available locally. In a short drive, you will find a supermarket, and more village pubs and eateries. You are also close to the Norfolk Broads National Park where you can explore these famous waterways by either chartering your own day launch, kayak, canoe, or paddle board hire or simply sit back and enjoy one of the river trips.

Great welcome pack of food.Lovely, cosy cottage and comfortable beds. Pleanty of towels and throws on beds and sofa. BBC tv channels kept pixelating from time to time.Cooker extractor hood wasn't working (reported at time)

Absolutely lovely cottage beautiful decorated & lovely & clean . Surprise welcome pack of goodies , well equipped of everything you need . Terry the owner messaged early to say it was ready & also messaged to say thankyou after we left for leaving it tidy & clean . Burgh hall on site do a good Sunday carvery for £12 .
