On the ground floor, the large well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table is curated as the social hub of the house where time will be well spent making lasting holiday memories. A convenient adjoining utility room is perfect for drying coats, boots and damp dogs. The exquisite grand dual aspect sitting room boasts two seating areas, an extensive library of books, and the electric flame burner adds warmth and ambience. From here, french doors lead into the expansive well-kept garden. An additional snug is an ideal spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to read, study or work. For less mobile guests, or those who prefer a bit of space away from the main group, a single bedroom and cloakroom are located on the ground floor. Upstairs on the first floor, three further bedrooms are beautifully presented, comprising of a master king-size bedroom with en suite, a further king-size bedroom, and a twin bedroom.
