Step inside 6 Courtyard Barn and be greeted by a warm and welcoming interior that has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Bi-fold doors lead to the fully equipped kitchen which boasts modern appliances and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal for the whole group. Styled with an apex ceiling and exposed wooden beams, this space exudes grandeur. The spacious sitting room offers comfortable sofas, and with a wood burning stove, this is the perfect spot to nestle into during the chillier months. French doors frame expansive countryside views, and when opened up this area really comes to the fore as a social hub. Conveniently located on the ground floor, bedroom one hosts a king-size bed and is served by an en-suite shower room - ideal for any less mobile guests or those who prefer a bit more privacy. Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms are presented, all with their own Juliet balcony overlooking the lush panoramic vistas beyond. A king-size bed is offered by the master bedroom, which also benefits from an large en suite shower room. Bedroom two offers twin beds, with a double bed provided in bedroom three. Country houses are in abundance with HM The King's Sandringham Estate, Houghton Hall and Holkham Hall nearby. Enjoy miles of lovely quiet country walks along the Peddars Way and the North Norfolk Coastal path. Foodies are truly spoilt for choice with so many quality restaurants, pubs, cafes and delis along the coast and inland. Two award-winning pubs, The Gin Trap Inn in Ringstead and The Duck at Stanhoe are both less than ten minutes drive away.

We really liked Court Yard Barns and Docking as a place to stay. Warm, comfortable and well equipped, also very clean, thank you. We loved visiting RSPB Titchwell, the guided 'winter roosts' event was a real highlight. A visit to Holme Dunes is also a must see for the spectacular scenery and 'big Norfolk skies'. We will return. Also great meals from The Railway Inn and great village fish and chips. Great to have a shop in the village.

Fabulous stay with our family. Sandringham Christmas Fayre and Luminate plus Brancaster beach, and the accommodation all amazing.
