Beautifully constructed from native carrstone, River Cottage is an excellent example of a Norfolk character property. Located in the seaside town of Heacham, this beautifully curated hideaway has two generous king-sized en-suite bedrooms, modern appliances and bi-fold doors opening into a fully enclosed private garden, making it a popular choice for discerning guests throughout the year.
Hang your coat up and leave your boots in the entrance hall, as you walk through to the well-equipped modern kitchen with underfloor heating, modern appliances and a Tassimo coffee machine. This open plan living environment leads on to the inviting sitting room with Smart television. French doors to the enclosed rear garden invite the outdoors in. An adjacent dining area offers seating for four people in front of a large bay window. Upstairs on the first floor are two well-appointed bedrooms. The contemporary master bedroom hosts a sumptuous king-size bed and accompanying en suite bathroom featuring bath with shower over. Bedroom two offers a plush king-size bed and accompanying en suite with walk-in shower. With these separate facilities, River Cottage is great choice for two couples. Outside, the private back garden is fully enclosed by a traditional stone wall and fence, making it an ideal space children to play. A charming patio area provides garden furniture with seating for four people. Orientated to the south-east, this sun-trap is the perfect spot to gather to enjoy sampling the areas delicious local produce.
To the rear of the property there is off-road for two cars. From here you can access directly into the back garden. Adjacent to the property, behind the stone wall, runs the River Heacham.
Heacham has many footpaths to discover, and a great beach side promenade that stretches all the way to the iconic carrstone cliffs of neighbouring Hunstanton. Look out for popular Bordoli's pizza truck that visits the village on a Wednesday evening, and be sure to sample the gooiest of treats from Breakfast and Brownies on the high street. There is also a great antiques shop and cafe to be found next to the Tesco Express. For a larger supermarket, Lidl is located on on the road to Snettisham, and there is a big Tescos in Hunstanton, which also has EV chargers in the car park, and a fuel station.

Very pretty, comfortable and clean property in a great village location. Quiet with a good dog walk around the back of the village and down to the beach. Handy shops in the village too.
