The living areas on the ground floor offer a comfortable, private space that is great for relaxation or for entertaining. In the kitchen, the owners have gone to great lengths to ensure that you’re well catered for, with a Lacanche range oven and Fisher &Paykel fridge/freezer included within the amenities. Additionally there is solid, teak, hardwood flooring in all rooms of the cottage.
Throughout the house, the owners have lavishly cared for and paid attention to the finer details, exemplified in the three perfectly formed bedrooms, offering two king-sized beds and one twin-bedded option. All are well served by a luxurious master bathroom that has been appointed with roll-top bath, and a separate en suite shower room to the other bedrooms.
Outside, a small, decked courtyard has been prepared with a table and chairs for six people, allowing guests to enjoy the setting. Sea Lane is not a main road, and therefore is not a busy route for cars. This sunny spot also puts you within a five minute walk of the golf club, the sand dunes and the expanse of beach beyond. There is also off-road parking for one car.

"Absolutely Fabulous"' We've watched in past couple of years as No 27 has been renovated and promised to stay - here we are, our fifth Old Hunstanton holiday. No. 27 has it all - superbly equipped, excellent decor but still has the old character. Extremely comfortable and warm. Location is another major plus, especially for our dog who was at home in the sand dunes. Eateries galore, must recommend Rose & Crown Snettisham and Lodge Hotel. The Welcome Pack was very welcoming. Owners have thought of everything, even the amusement of 'open-plan' bathroom when the door fell off! (Norfolk Hideaways sorted in two hours). Even the weather was beyond expectations, hard to believe sat out in the sun. A truly lovely lovely holiday.

A lovely relaxing stay. Weather as expected but didn't stop us enjoying some lovely walks with the dog on the beach. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your cosy home!
