History buffs should make time to explore the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn and the Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton Estates. And, having worked up an appetite you will find lots of great places to eat too, many of which serve local produce. And with lots of year-round dog friendly beach walks and cafes and inns that allow you to bring your fur-friends along too, this is a great location for dog lovers. After a few initial problems which were quickly sorted we had a great stay. A fantastic spot for bird watching, beach walking and cycling. It would have been nice to have the heating on when we arrived as it was really cold. Also the visitors info needs updating. E.g no firewood provided

Travelled up from nearby Suffolk for a weekend away on the Norfolk coast with our dogs was a lovely little bungalow ideal for a couple in a quiet location not too far away from local beaches and amenities with a very modern interior very cosy ideal for dogs with the rear garden being enclosed.Dogs loved going on Heacham Beach had a lovely Sunday Roast at Rose & Crown in Snettisham would love to visit again
