Just a 5 minute walk from the sandy beach and within walking distance of shops and pubs, this semi detached bungalow stands peacefully with its own private enclosed garden. Excellent touring base to discover the North Norfolk coastline with attractions for all ages. Coastal path for walking, rspb nature and bird reserve nearby. Golf and bowls locally. Norfolk Lavender 1 mile, the Royal Sandringham Estate and museum 7 miles. Hunstanton 3 1/2 miles, for Sea Life Centre, leisure centre, cliff top golf, watersports, shops and restaurants. Kings Lynn for shops, pubs, cafes and theatre.

The only thing it needs a better side gate with a bolt for security.

Will not go back.no mirrors to dry hair in front of. No washing up liquid in kitchen.No where to put our bread etc in kitchen.Just small things missing that makes the visit better.

Very clean, quiet cottage. Frankly, the small cottage and limited space make this ideal for a couple rather than for four people. We visited late in the season when it was dark by 7.00 pm: the lighting level in the cottage is not sufficient to read by in the evening. Good location and we enjoyed our stay in Heasham. We noted the cottage is for sale at present - perhaps this is the reason some of the fittings (window blinds for example) are tired and broken.
