Enjoy relaxing evenings in the bright and elegant open-plan living area of this property with a characterful wooden beamed ceiling after a day of exploring the nearby scenic walking trails, sandy beaches and historic towns.

The village itself is popular with locals and holidaymakers, offering a range of amenities including a supermarket, a chemist and a variety of places to eat from fish and chip shops to local pubs and restaurants which offer some delicious food. The award-winning Rose & Crown and The Old Bank to name but two! The neighbouring village of Heacham has a lovely farm shop at Norfolk Lavender where in summer you can enjoy the scented aroma of the lavender fields. Ornithologists are spoilt for choice with two RSPB Centres to visit close by, a little further around the coast at Cley-next-the-Sea is known as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with coastal paths and salt marshes to explore along with an abundance of birdlife and a grey seal colony.
