A charming brick and chalk stone cottage, beautifully presented and well-equipped. Froggy Cottage is set back from the coast road in Thornham, with rear views to the marsh and sea beyond. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with a fabulous range style gas cooker and the garden with terrace comes complete with a little pond for the frogs!

With pretty fabrics at the windows it comfortably sleeps four in two bedrooms, so is perfect for a couple, friends or small family to enjoy a short break or longer holiday on the coast. With quality bed linens, you’re assured of a good night’s sleep after a busy day out and about exploring this beautiful area of North West Norfolk.
If you’re tempted to stay at home and are in the mood to cook, being in the heart of Thornham you have a fantastic selection of the freshest local produce to choose from to create something wonderfully tasty. If you prefer to eat out, and don’t want to drive, there are plenty of places to choose from in the village that are just a short walk away. With pretty cottage gardens front and rear, you can enjoy alfresco dining in the summer months and, best of all, your flour-legged friend can come along too!
With a sandy beach, rspb bird reserve at Titchwell, and the coastal path all within walking distance of the cottage, don’t forget to pack your bucket and spade, walking boots and binoculars too! The Coasthopper bus service runs up and down the coast road very regularly, so if you don’t want to do a circular walk you can always catch the bus back.

Nice 2 bed cottage in Thornham. Thornham is a lovely location with a couple of great pubs and the Thornham Deli and within easy reach of great dog friendly beaches at Holme, Brancaster and Holkham. Froggy Cottage was exactly as described and perfect for us and our dog.

We spent a week at Froggy Cottage with friends and our miniature schnauzer Rufus. The cottage is lovely, clean, well equipped (just needs a couple of decent chopping boards in the kitchen) and well maintained. It's in a great location in the village with 3 good pubs close by and just a short walk out to the marshes and a lovely walk across to Holme beach. Thornham is very well located to explore the beautiful marshes, beaches and wildlife on the North Norfolk coast, either on foot, by car or using the excellent coast hopper bus service.
