Tastefully curated throughout to offer calm, understated elegance, Kingfishers Cove provides a light filled open-plan living area that serves as a wonderful space for socialising. A contemporary kitchen and dining area adjoins the comfortable sitting room. Here you are provided with modern appliances that include a built-in electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and a Moka coffee pot. The stylish dining area comfortably seats four guests and the lounge area, complete with a large corner sofa and a Smart television, provides a cosy spot to unwind. From here you can open up the bifold doors to easily access and enjoy the enclosed garden.
Upstairs, the master bedroom located at the rear of the property, offers a tranquil night of rest, with the addition of a Juliet balcony that overlooks the surrounding countryside. Furnished with a king-size bed and providing ample storage, the room also features an en suite with a spacious walk-in shower. Bedroom two offers sea views and a comfortable king-size bed. The contemporary family bathroom, adorned with marble tiling, includes a bath with a shower over. There is also a convenient ground floor WC near the living area.
The enclosed south facing garden is perfect for maximising the enjoyment of any sunny weather and is ideal for children and dogs. The garden also provides an area of lawn with an adjacent patio area that features a dining table, chairs, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue. Such an excellent cottage! We have been so impressed with the high spec, attention to detail, cleanliness and your kind Welcome gifts, snacks etc. The best stay in Norfolk for many years and no doubt we will return! This house is so warm and welcoming that I won't ever worry about booking a winter visit! Thank you so much.

Just the two of us on a birdwatching / beach walking break. Lovely place to stay and cosy warm to come back to. Mainly spent our time on Titchwell beach and reserve but also Brancaster, Blakeney, Heacham and Snettisham. Weather not wonderful but a relaxing break.

What a wonderful cottage - so well equipped, very comfortable beds and toasty warm, which was so appreciated in the keen wind! We heartily recommend The Ship in Brancaster, Drove Orchards and all the walks from Titchwell and Brancaster. We wish we could have stayed longer!
