Tastefully curated throughout to offer calm, understated elegance, Kingfishers Cove provides a light-filled open-plan living area that serves as a wonderful space for socialising. A contemporary kitchen and dining area adjoins the comfortable sitting room. Here you are provided with modern appliances that include a built-in electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and a Moka coffee pot. The stylish dining area comfortably seats 6 guests and the lounge area, complete with a large corner sofa and a Smart television, provides a cosy spot to unwind. From here, you can open up the bifold doors to easily access and enjoy the enclosed garden.
Upstairs, the master bedroom, located at the rear of the property, offers a tranquil night of rest, with the addition of a Juliet balcony that overlooks the surrounding countryside. Furnished with a king-size bed and providing ample storage, the room also features an en suite with a spacious walk-in shower. Bedroom two is a twin room, ideal for children, while bedroom three offers sea views and a comfortable king-size bed. The contemporary family bathroom, adorned with marble tiling, includes a bath with a shower over. There is also a convenient ground floor WC near the living area.
The enclosed south facing garden is perfect for maximising the enjoyment of any sunny weather and is ideal for children and dogs. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house on the North Norfolk coast. The location is excellent â perfectly placed for exploring Titchwell and the beautiful Brancaster beaches, which are only a short drive away.The house itself was ideal for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing break. The outdoor area was a real highlight too, with peaceful views across the fields that made morning coffees and evening drinks feel extra special.Communication with the owner was excellent throughout. Clear instructions, quick responses, and a genuinely helpful approach made the whole experience smooth from start to finish.Weâd happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great base on the North Norfolk coast.

We have had a great week in this very comfortable cottage. The countryside is superb and there are so many lovely beaches, especially Brancaster and Holkham. We were also very lucky with the weather - possibly a bit too hot yesterday! We hope to be back.
