This super-stylish semi detached cottage has fashionably modern fixtures and fittings combined with lush, eclectic furnishings and antique furniture. With cosy wood burning stove for the winter months and an outside area for al fresco dining during lazy summer afternoons and balmy Norfolk evenings, it makes a great escape throughout the year.
A well-equipped dining / kitchen opens onto a light and airy sitting room with a door leading to the sunny, fully enclosed garden - perfect for your early morning coffee and croissant, as well as secure for both children and dogs to play safely. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a beautifully reupholstered 19th century French king-size bed, and the other having twin singles. Also on the first floor is the family shower room featuring a large, luxurious walk-in shower.
Pond Cottage offers the opportunity to spend quality time away together in a beautiful cottage at the heart of a fabulous village. Pond Cottage is a short drive from the bustling Georgian market town of Holt, and less than half an hour from the many stunning Blue Flag beaches along the North Norfolk coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Our summer holiday to France was cancelled last minute due to the wildfires, so we decided to visit Norfolk instead. We are so lucky to have found this wonderful cottage at such late notice. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including a secure garden for our dogs. It's located in a quiet village with an amazing pub in walking distance, plus Holt Country Park is just a short drive. Great location for exploring Norfolk. Thank you for an amazing holiday!

Easy check in and super clean cottage, we were made to feel very comfortable and enjoyed our extra treats on arrival. Our dog had a nice and secure garden to play around and there was a lovely dog walk right next to the cottage. Very quiet overnight and heard no noises which was super peaceful, the bedrooms were tidy and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and approachable and were helpful when needed :)
