We had a great stay here - perfect as a base to explore the coastal areaâs of Norfolk. We were impressed with the central location with everything in walking distance including the town. A pub at the end of the road was great for both dinner and a hearty breakfast before a day trip out. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Fans were a great addition in this summers heat to keep you cool at night. A great last minute find for us and one we would happily return to in the future.

We have enjoyed a wonderful short break in this beautifully appointed town house. The location is ideal within easy walking distance of the town centre, supermarket and cafés. It is also perfectly placed within easy driving distance of the coast and Norwich. The accommodation is excellent and provides everything you would need for an enjoyable break. The courtyard garden is a real bonus. The whole property is warm and cosy with lovely attention to detail that means you have a really comfortable stay. We would highly recommend this property.

On first approachâ¦.ample parking, clear instructions for entering the property, well laid out. On enteringâ¦.a utility corner with washing machine, clean, well equipped kitchen area, plus downstairs toilet, then leading into the lounge/dining area, comfortable seating, and French doors which opened onto a lovely fenced in garden with patio, on which was a good size table and seating, then steps leading to a grassy area. Upstairsâ¦.a good size bathroom, and two well equipped bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Everywhere was clean and easy to maintain. Nice modern decor throughout, without losing the quirkiness of the age of the property. Thank you for providing such good accommodation for our short stay.
