Holt 3 miles. This traditional flint cottage enjoys an enviable position in the rural hamlet of Kelling, close to the North Norfolk Coast. This charming terraced bungalow is located back from the road that goes through the village and boasts a well-presented interior. Pebble Cottage is the ideal choice for a small family or for one or two couples looking for a traditional property with easy access to the coast. The cottage is situated off the road and shares a front courtyard with similar terraced properties. This compact bungalow is set across one floor and includes an open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room which has been well-presented in a country style. This open plan kitchen and living area features an electric stove and dining table for four people as well as a television, coffee table, sofa and armchairs. There is a twin bedroom with views to the front and a double bedroom with views to the garden and fields beyond. The family shower room is complete with shower, basin and WC. Behind the kitchen is a utility area with dishwasher, top-loading washing machine and chest freezer which leads to the garden. To the rear of the property is a split-level garden with a small lawn, well-maintained bedded areas and a patio complete with garden furniture and parasol. The garden enjoys spectacular unspoiled views across farmland and is the ideal place to enjoy an al fresco meal or drink after a day exploring the North Norfolk Heritage Coast. To the front of the property is a shared courtyard area. The cottage is located at the centre of the small hamlet of Kelling, which is home to a tea room and book shop. A short, two minute drive from the property is The Pheasant Bar and Restaurant. More shops, cafes and pubs can be found in the nearby villages of Salthouse and Weybourne, located just 1.5 miles away. Kelling is found on the unspoilt North Norfolk Coast which is popular with ramblers, bird spotters and cyclists. A three mile drive to the south is the stunning Georgian market town of Holt where visitors can enjoy a wealth of highly regarded restaurants, galleries and independent shops. Within a 20 minute drive are the seaside towns of Blakeney, Cromer, Sheringham and Wells-next-the-Sea. This traditional North Norfolk stone cottage is ideal for those looking for ground floor accommodation. The location is perfect for those looking for a rural setting that is also close to the coast.
Kelling is a civil parish and village in the county of Norfolk. The village Holt is 3 miles and Cromer is 10.1 miles. Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages.
