A charming Victorian mid-terrace cottage situated in the unspoilt coastal village of Overstrand. Tide Cottage is a beautifully curated romantic hideaway ideal for a couple, or two, seeking relaxation and adventures on the coast. Beautifully designed throughout, Tide Cottage is located a mere two-minute walk to the stunning sandy beach.
Designed using a white and muted colour palette throughout with complimenting opulent modern fixtures and fittings, the ground floor features a sophisticated panelled sitting room, with wood burning stove and large window. The elegant dining room offers an inviting table with ample seating for four guests, and a further wood burning stove. Views of the garden are enjoyed through the french doors as guests gather together together to dine. A well-equipped galley kitchen boasts a range cooker amongst other modern appliances. A utility room, WC and shower room are also located on this floor.
Two lovely bedrooms are housed on the first floor. The master bedroom hosts a modern king-size four poster bed, and is served by a magnificent en-suite bathroom providing roll top bath and walk-in shower. Bedroom two hosts a sumptuous double bed and complementing soft furnishings.
Outside, the property benefits from a good-sized garden to the rear. Featuring two seating areas, this is the perfect place for dining al fresco in the summer months. On-street parking is available to the front of the property.
Situated a short stroll from all the amenities the charming village of Overstrand has to offer, and within easy reach of many beaches and attractions along the Norfolk coast, Tide Cottage is a truly fabulous hideaway.

We had a fantastic week in Overstrand. The house was beautifully decorated and so well equipped with everything our small family of four could possibly need. We really appreciated the thoughtful little touches, like the welcome hamper and the complimentary bottles of soap and shampoo. The beds were wonderfully comfortable (I forgot to check the mattress brand, but it was some of the best sleep Iâve had!).The short walk to the beach was perfect â with kids, distance really matters â and the local village shop was very handy. A special mention goes to the little coffee hut in the Overstrand car park (Starters Orders), where we enjoyed the most delicious cinnamon buns.All in all, a perfect stay â weâd love to return.

Fantastic property and rear garden, stylish, very close to the beach with a lovely walk into Cromer, comprehensive "welcome pack", plenty of on street parking, a second couple will get the rough end of the stick for bathroom (downstairs) but we were one couple and a dog so ideal for us. Locals are friendly, the local pub sells a decent pint. We will definitely stay again.
