Ground Floor, with front door leading into the Sitting Room: with comfortable sofas, TV with FreeSat and DVD player and feature fireplace, door to stairs, leading into Dining Room: with dining table, four chairs and feature fireplace, leading into Kitchen: with microwave, gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer and back door leading to small, mature garden with garden bench. Door from kitchen to Downstairs Shower room: with walk-in shower, wash basin and separate WC.
Steep traditional staircase with handrail leading to first floor small landing, with step up to: door to Principal Bedroom: with king size bed and chest of draws with door to Dressing Room: with wardrobe, with door to Ensuite Bathroom: bath with hand held shower, washbasin and WC wardrobe. “Definitely recommend. A very pleasant stay in this centrally located Victorian terraced house. Dog friendly with a small sunny secure garden. 5 minutes walk to beach and shops but very quiet. Well equipped kitchen good WiFi signal large rooms.”
