Excellent location and well presented. Stayed during Feb half term. Everything you need and Chris is always available to answer any queries. The WiFi is good and lots of smart TVs dotted across the house. The kitchen is a great focal point, and the enclosed garden is great as a sun trap and helpful with a dog. Would recommend thoroughly.

Lovely house just minutes walk from town and beach! Only problem being parking! We parked in front of house but had 2 cars on separate occasions park on road in front of us so very tricky trying to get car out!!! No dropped kerb so cars are allowed to park there! Could be a major problem in the summer months! Suggest parking on the road if this is possible!!! Would definitely return

We had a lovely time staying at the Filey House. 6 of us in 3 spacious double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 with shower cubicles and 1 with an over-bath shower), so we all had privacy.Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and kitchen/breakfast room. The kitchen was well-equipped. The house is attractively decorated and spotlessly clean. The location is great - a short walk to the High Street, railway station and bus stops, not to mention the sea-front. We didn't need to use our cars for the entire week.
