Exceptional holiday cottage, everything you could wish for. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, well placed in the town for all the shops, restaurants, and just a short walk from the beach. So glad we found it and so glad we have booked to come back next year.

Wow! so spacious, warm and comfortable with everything you could possibly need provided. Short walk to the coastal path and the shops and eateries of lovely Sheringham. Lovely steam train gala going on and a great trip to Holt. Enjoyed the Sunday market at Holt and a beautiful walk via Sheringham park for a great pub lunch at Waveney and back along the coastal path. We didn't need to use the car. We loved the house and would like to return and can quite understand why there are so many return bookings each year. One of the best of many places we have stayed in via cottages.com
