Sealink undertook a major refurbishment in 2025. Enter via the electric double gates and drive up the driveway to the front door, accessed via the front patio and a few steps. Front door leading into open plan: Sitting area with comfortable sofa leading into Kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, central island, sliding doors leading outside. Inner hallway with doors to: Lounge with comfortable seating and sliding doors leading to outside courtyard area with seating. Utility room: with undercounter freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Door to: Downstairs WC and washbasin.
Staircase leading to upper hall, with doors to: Principal Super Kingsize bedroom: with large sleigh style 6ft wide bed and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin, built in wardrobe and lovely views. Secondary Super Kingsize Bedroom: with similar sleigh style bed, spacious built-in wardrobe, TV and amazing views over Sheringham to the golf course. Double Bedroom: with elegant Kingsize 5ft wide bed and wardrobe and glimpses of the sea! Twin bedroom: with 2 x single beds and wardrobe. Primary Family Bathroom: large shower cubicle with high pressure shower, WC and wash basin. Secondary Family Bathroom: Clawfoot bath, WC, bidet and wash basin.
Outside: South facing front lawned garden with mature flower beds and patio area with patio chairs and table seating 8, separate outside sofa set with four chairs. Gas BBQ.
Please note: Bed linen and towels included (please bring own beach towels). Stairgate and two travel cots available (please bring own bedding). There is also a small playpen and a bed guard for toddlers. Please request items required when booking. Bedroom 4, although it has two full sized single beds, if staying for more than a few days, is probably best suited to two children as it is not as spacious as the other bedrooms. Free Wifi available. 1 x well behaved small dog welcome at £20.00 per week. Parking for 3 cars in driveway. The outside table and chairs plus BBQ are usually put away at the end of October until Easter.

“Wonderful holiday house. Terrific holiday house, great layout for a large group and the grounds are very safe for kids, they can’t escape! The lawn is at the front so the little ones can run around while the adults sit on the variety of outdoor furniture, from sofa and coffee table to dining table for formal eating. We used the barbecue. The kitchen has bifolds so the indoor and outdoor meet. Plenty of parking on site, a bay for 3 cars but 6 could fit! The house was very comfortable, very well stocked kitchen, the beds are really good so we all slept wonderfully. Plenty of bathrooms. Very useful TV playroom for the kids and separate utility room for laundry.<br /> Location couldn’t be better, you’re on the beach in 5 minutes. Just keep an eye on the tide times if you want sand! Lots of nice shops & eateries in the town, all within a ten minute walk. Would definitely come back, highly recommend.<br /> ”

“A lovely spacious property in an ideal position. The house is spacious. We were 6 adults and 2 young children with plenty of space and bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. It was clean and beautifully presented and it was well equipped. The children loved playing in the front garden which was safe for them. It is a 2 minute walk from the beach and 3 minutes from the town centre. We had a brilliant holiday.<br /> ”
