Secret Garden is a newly refurbished two-bedroomed bungalow, offering a secluded garden in a peaceful location, just a short walk from the shops, train station and beach - a wonderful setting for a relaxing break in Sheringham.
From the long driveway you will find a path leading to the entrance porch and the front door of this charming bungalow. Opening into: Living Room: with two comfortable sofas, 2 chairs, Smart TV and feature fireplace with electric fire, door leading into: Dining room: with dining table and four chairs and doors leading to: Principal Bedroom: with King Size Bed, 2 bedside tables with built-in wardrobe and window looking out to the back garden. Family Bathroom: with shower over bath, WC and wash basin. Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds, hanging rail, chest of draws and bedside tables. Kitchen: with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, undercounter fridge with freezer box and door to rear courtyard garden.
Outside: Enclosed, lawned garden with mature planting and patio furniture (please note 3 steps leading up to lawn). Parking for several cars along the drive. Garden Shed (lockable) available for storage of bikes, surf boards etc.
Please note: Bed linen and towels included. Wifi available. 2 x well behaved medium size dogs welcome at £30.00 per pet, per week. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Travel cot (please bring own bedding) and high chair available. Location: beach 0.7 miles. Sheringham Golf course 0.4 miles, 8-minute walk.
