The ground floor features a welcoming open-plan living space boasting wooden flows throughout, complete with a Freeview TV and a well-equipped kitchen area, ideal for relaxed evenings after a day of exploring. The cottage is decorated throughout in warm, inviting tones that create a homely and peaceful atmosphere. Upstairs, guests will find a bright twin bedroom, dressed in comfortable linens perfect for a restful night’s sleep, along with a separate modern shower room for added convenience.
Wells-next-the-Sea is a picturesque coastal town brimming with charm and plenty to see and do. Wander along the historic harbour where fishing boats bob gently on the tide, or take a stroll down the long, scenic walkway to the wide sandy beach, framed by colourful beach huts and backed by pine woods. Nature lovers can explore the nearby Holkham National Nature Reserve, home to an array of birdlife and peaceful walking trails. The grand Holkham Hall is 2 miles away with its stately rooms, beautiful gardens, and deer park, offers a fascinating day out just a short drive away, or the Bustling Burnham market is a short 5 miles away. Delightful but the beds were pretty uncomfortable unfortunately. Well equipped for self catering with a brilliant oven. Well positioned for walks, buses etc.

A clean, warm well-appointed holiday let. Our week was very enjoyable and we were glad to have chosen both Wells-next-the-sea and 15 Jolly Farmer Yard.
