I added a star for each of these points. The cottage is spacious and well laid out with a great garden and great walks nearby. Unfortunately, inside it's in need of tlc and a clean. Many items including microwave broken on arrival and the bed as mentioned in previous reviews is not the one in the photos so problematic for someone like me over 6' 2" with the footboard. The boiler kept loosing pressure resulting in a lack of hot water and heat. I did tell the owner. In addition there appears to be brown rats in the back garden which was a bit disappointing. This was my 4th and final visit unfortunately.

It is clean and comfortable. As others have said, some of the furniture has changed from that shown in the photos. However, this didn't cause us any inconvenience.
