From here, access the utility room with laundry facilities and storage, as well as a handy ground-floor WC. Upstairs, discover two beautiful bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and superb views, while the second offers a versatile zip-and-link bed, which can be made up as a super-king-size or twin on request. Completing this floor, the bathroom features a free-standing Victorian claw-foot bath and underfloor heating for a luxurious touch.
Outside, there is a large, enclosed garden boasting views over the Dene. You can help yourself to apples from the tree in the garden. For al fresco dining, an Ooni pizza oven and BBQ are provided, while a secure shed offers safe bike storage. Private parking is available for two cars and a type 2, untethered EV charger is also available for guest use.
