Excellent . Very clean, very well equipped, comfortable and even provided basket, blanket, towels and bowls for the dog. Close walking distance into middle of Alnwick. Three real ale pubs within 2 minutes walk. Would book again.

I got dates wrong, went sat and thought we were there until today. Cleaner arrived yesterday, whoops 😅 they were amazing and gave us time to pack up. The cottage was well equipped, spotlessly clean and very warm, dogs not allowed upstairs but our two toy poodles could get through the bars, but we had taken their crate out of respect for someone’s home. I couldn’t believe dog bowls and a bed were provided. I read through the suggestions book and my suggestion is that such pedantic, petulant people should stay at home in their perfect houses.

Cosy and comfortable cottage well located in the lovely town of Alnwick. We’re non dog-owners and appreciated that there was no dog smell and the standard of cleaning was high.Mostly easy to park on the road but when once we couldn’t there’s a free car park nearby.
