Guests say

Rose House in Alnmouth is highly praised for its superb location, comfort, and well-equipped facilities, making it ideal for families and friends. Guests appreciate the property's proximity to the beach and local amenities, as well as the thoughtful touches from the host.

Most guests found Rose House to be clean and well-maintained, though a few noted issues with kitchen cleanliness and mould in bathrooms. The owner's responsiveness to these concerns suggests an overall high standard of cleanliness with room for improvement.

The location of Rose House is consistently lauded for its closeness to the beach and village, with easy access to local attractions and dining. It is considered perfect for exploring the Northumberland coast.

Guests find the house comfortable, spacious, and suitable for large groups and families. Some guests mentioned the seating could be improved for mature visitors, but overall the comfort level is highly rated.

The house is well-equipped for self-catering stays, with a great kitchen and multiple bathrooms. However, there are recurring mentions of a non-working downstairs shower and Wi-Fi issues, indicating some maintenance is required.

The owner's thoughtfulness is evident through check-in calls and welcome gifts, which guests find delightful. While these gestures are appreciated, it should be noted that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.
