We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. It’s in a great location and the accommodation is very pleasant, clean and well equipped, with a lovely living space and a kitchen that had everything we needed.The flat is spread over three floors, which worked perfectly well for us. We had no problems with the stairs, although they might be more challenging for very young children or older guests.We stayed during a particularly hot spell in summer, so the attic bedroom did get very warm. We were very grateful for the fan provided. The attic room also has quite limited headroom, but we found it completely manageable for a short stay.Overall, a lovely, comfortable and well-located flat and we would happily stay again.

The house is in an excellent location, right in the centre of Alnwick so everything is accessible on foot from the doorstep.Parking is free at most places for up to 24 hours in the town, so we had to move the car each day, however, there was no issues with spaces at all.The house itself was clean and spacious with plenty of kitchenware but unfortunately, these had to be rewashed (or not used) as things had been left dirty.Would also really recommend blackout blinds are fitted in all bedrooms, the property has lovely large windows, but they let in a significant amount of light in the summer.There is also a Louvre vent for the bathroom extractor in the master bedroom which continually bangs when there is any kind of breeze making a good nights sleep impossible.Love that this is a dog friendly property, just be aware that the enclosed yard is shared by another holiday home and a property owner.
