Excellent accommodation and location ideal as a base for seeing Northumberland. Only four miles from beautiful beaches and about an hours drive from Edinburgh and Newcastle. Lovely quiet cul-de-sac with two nice local pubs on the main street. Only criticism is not of the cottage but rather the cottages.com listing and photos. The cottage is much bigger and better presented than the photos suggest. The main bedroom is twice the size of the photo and the living room is much bigger and than it looks. Recommended!

Better than expected. All amenities close by. Excellent for visiting that part of Northumbria. Only problem was key box awkward to open. Would recommend and would go back.
