No hassle with anything and the dogs loved the garden and field. Only downside was leaving the drive on to the A1 which was very busy but not really a big problem.

Overall the house is very good but on arrival the cleaning wasn’t up to standard. The house was very roomy and well equipped, the kitchen was good and had what looked like new fittings. The lounge was comfortable but, personally, I don’t like wall mounted TVs and having to look up at it. The bathroom was good with an adequate shower but slippery shower floor. The main issue in the bathroom was a window very near to the toilet without a blind. The toilet needs attention as difficult to flush. The outside was very dark at night and needed some form of lighting at the rear, the garden and surrounding areas needed tiding up. The location of the house felt very remote with only one narrow road leading from the A1. Another personal issue was that there was nowhere to walk to, had to go out in the car and onto the crazy A1 every time. In summary- the house could be very good with some minor attention to detail.
