Everything you needed provided plus white goods in the outhouse. Owner most welcoming and helpful. Had a problem with the TV and she brought over one from the house. On the Monday a new TV was installed. The chocolates and wine left were most appreciated as were the lovely fresh flowers in the lounge. The views from the windows are lovely, plenty of birds and the night skies are stunning. The cottage is well based for visiting the Border towns plus the Northumbrian coast.

Owner friendly but not intrusive. Garden delightful & farm immaculate, with a safe private link to the main farmhouse where our family stayed. Kitchen equipment a bit haphazard but the cottage was comfortable and warm when heating required.we will definitely visit again
