The Blue House is a very spacious & the kitchen well equipped. The welcome pack is the best we have ever received plus of course items for the pooch, this was very much appreciated, thank you. The house is kept to a very high standard, it is super clean & the living room, beds & bedding are extremely comfortable, very important when you have been exploring Northumberland during the day (we went up Simonside, a lake walk at Kielder forest, Wark & the River North Tyne & Housesteads to Sycamore Gap,) and want to relax in the evening with the log burner roaring…. Simply stunning!

Excellent cottage, village very quiet and picturesque. Well equipped, beds very comfy. We didn't use the fire as the central heating was plenty adequate for our stay. Sitooterie in the garden was a lovely spot. If booking bear in mind distance from nearest shop/ garage as journey is along country roads.
