We arrived on 1st August and the weather was perfect for long walks around hadrians wall. The cottage is so well catered and we cooked most nights for 8 of us and sat in the large dining room. Bedrooms were bright and airy, a lovely place for r and r. The garden was perfect for four kids aged 10 to 13 to kick around and play games in. The lounge perfect for board games and relaxing with a wine or two in the evening. What a wonderful character 16th century cottage. Thank you. We would love to come again. Only thing is we forgot bin day, having a whatsapp reminder to put the bins out would be really helpful so the bins aren't full for the next lot of holiday's.
