This property was chosen due to its proximity to the town centre and amenities of Amble plus easy access to all the points of interest and beautiful beaches Northumberland has to offer and we were not disappointed, there was just the 2 of us plus our dog, although we expected it to be compact from the street view we were very surprised by how large all the rooms were and how homely it immediately felt , a real home from home , beautifully and tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and everything you need for a perfect break away from home. The parking permit for the council car parks was really useful and saved us some money. We enjoyed our stay so much we have recommended Guilders barn to a friend , who has already booked for later in the year. The street is very quiet and once the daylight goes you notice how dark the area is , especially if you live in a large city as we do. So peaceful and the locals are really friendly, if you take your dog there is a green area at the bottom of the street which is ideal. Highly recommend this property and we will return in the future
