We can honestly say our stay at the wheelhouse was perfect. Our host Mike was amazing and kept us informed of local things happening as well as weather updates. The wheelhouse was well positioned to explore all that Yorkshire has to offer. We would 100% recommend this property whether it’s for a quiet vacation or one for exploration. It’s well equipped for children and dogs and we were sad to leave. Thanks to our host Mike

Loved this property, very spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable beds. Picturesque setting on a farm with nice views of lovely garden and surrounding countryside and very helpful owner. Lots to do in the area, lovely places to visit especially Whitby, Saltburn and several interesting beaches along the coast, all different. Would definitely recommend and would like to go again to explore places we didn't get time to visit.
