Blending stylish modern interiors with charming countryside character, the open-plan living area is a true entertainment hub, featuring a full-size pool table, retro arcade games machine, and a sleek sit-up bar. A large velvet sofa invites you to unwind with Netflix, Amazon Prime, iPlayer, and more on the wall-mounted Smart television. The compact, yet well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, microwave, and toaster, with a dedicated drinks fridge conveniently located in the bar area.

Upstairs, you will find two beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room for added comfort and privacy.

There is cctv in the driveway and car parking areas of the estate.

There is a burglar alarm at Shepherds Rest for guests use.

Off-road parking for two cars.
