Bush Nook Farmhouse is a spacious and characterful nine-bedroom retreat nestled in the rolling countryside of the North Pennines AONB, on the edge of the Lake District and just a stone’s throw from Hadrian’s Wall. With ample off-road parking and accommodation for up to fifteen guests, this beautifully restored 18th-century farmhouse is the perfect base for extended families or large groups seeking a memorable rural escape. Step inside to discover a welcoming main lounge and conservatory, complete with plush seating, a crackling log burner, and Smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The garden room offers another sociable space with panoramic views across Hadrian’s Wall Country, perfect for morning coffee or evening chats.
The traditional farmhouse kitchen is well-equipped for group catering, featuring electric and oil-fired range cookers, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, and a dedicated scullery. Gather in the spacious dining room, which comfortably seats 15–20 guests, and enjoy long, leisurely meals together. A travel cot and highchair are also available, with further extras on request. Outside, the enclosed garden provides a tranquil setting for al fresco dining or evening drinks under the stars. Unwind in the luxury spa hot tub while soaking in the stunning rural surroundings, or fire up the BBQ for a relaxed evening meal.
