Emergency light not working on the stairs. Runner in the hall that is a trip hazard and had be put to one side during our stay. Cup coasters on the floor under the table, kitchen floor and other areas not moped. We love St Bees and Rowan cottage, I think this may have been our fourth visit but the cottage wasn't very welcoming (never any welcome pack) it was freezing cold.
