Located in the centre of Cartmel with its quaint cobbled streets, pubs, shops, restaurants and delightful stream sidewalks. Cartmel Racecourse is home to the UK’s shortest steeplechase and has a full diary of interesting events. The seaside resort of Grange-over-Sands is a lovely place to spend the day exploring the attractions on the town’s promenade and is only a short drive away as well as Ambleside, Grasmere, Coniston, or Ulverston, this is a perfect base to explore some of the hidden treasures of the Lake District.

Head up a few steps and through the front door into the inviting lounge, where a warm and cosy atmosphere sets the tone for your stay. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a wood burner and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings in.

The stylish kitchen is ideal for family meals, thoughtfully designed with a built‑in seating area and patio doors that open straight out into the garden. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a hearty feast. Just off the lounge is a snug - a great little hideaway for the kids to enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. On this floor you’ll also find a shower room with WC and a handy utility area with a washing machine.

Upstairs are two beautifully presented bedrooms, both with wall‑mounted Smart TVs. There’s a king‑size room and a 2'6'' twin zip‑and‑link (which can be made into a king‑size on request) with its own en‑suite shower room and WC. Completing the first floor is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath - perfect for a long soak after a day out.
