The cottage is in a lovely spot with amazing scenic views, weather was mainly good but a little up and down. We look forward to returning next year.

The first few chilly evenings were combatted by a lovely fire in the woodburner, and the final few evenings of heatwave we were able to eat outside and sit out long into the evening watching the light change across the hills. Nights were dark, silent and blissful – we can't wait to go back. (PLUS - strong recommendation for the King's Head in Ravenstonedale for a meal out!)
