The property was very clean and clutter free. The views over the water were lovely, We did have a problem with the hot water though. This was looked at and rectified, but unfortunately it went wrong again on the Sunday and we couldn’t get hold of anyone. The toilet seat was broken and the Internet was very very slow.

Apartment is beautiful all the things that you need..a good base for seeing the lakes and Morecambe bay, the views are stunning I found the beds very comfortable and every room as a view of the Kent estuary we really enjoyed our week's stay.There are metal stairs which are mentioned in the booking which could be a problem for the elderly or disabled The Albion pub and chippy in Arnside are worth a visit
