- Private parking for 2 cars

- BBQ Stand (please provide own BBQ)

- Towels not included (can be hired from owner on arrival at a charge of £15 for the lodge)

- Paddock space available for horses at an additional charge (please ask on booking)

- This property can only be booked as a standalone property and not in conjunction with a larger group booking involving other properties on site.

- Please note that the property only accepts small -medium sized dogs only, large dogs will not be allowed on the site

- Please be advised all dogs must be kept on a lead within the grounds

- Check in for the lodge is from 3pm and closes at 8pm

- No Sunday arrivals

- On site bar and restaurant (Open for food Wednesday-Sunday - see opening hours locally - booking advisable) Guests receive a 10% discount on final bill upon presentation of your key card.
