Cutting through the town is the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, once used for exporting cotton, it now offers a scenic way to explore the area on foot or on bike.

Great for a family break with a patio to relax and watch the sunset whilst watching the children playing football and being out amongst nature. It was very clean and had hand sanitizer in every room. The open fire is perfect of an evening to relax and put your feet up. The owners are very polite and very welcoming. The beds are so comfortable and the house is so great in general no complaints at all. The perfect holiday indeed so far.
