This delightful property is close to local amenities and attractions and is ideal for a family or group of friends looking to explore Lancashire. Be welcomed into a high-quality lodge, boasting a superb lakeside location and stylish soft furnishings adding an air of opulence to your stay, with triple aspect floor-to-ceiling windows drawing in seas of natural light. The living space is open plan, offering a sitting area where you can warm your feet beside the electric fire, before making the most of the amply fitted kitchen, cooking up a storm and enjoying your meal at the dining table, and there are many wonderful features throughout this social hub, including a Smart TV and telescope. Freshen up in the family bathroom, before settling down for the night in one of the well-presented bedrooms, each with Smart TV and tweed furnishings, with options including a king-size with en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms. Outside, this lodge offers incredible views of the lake, with outdoor furniture allowing guests to enjoy an alfresco affair when the sun is shining, or an indulgent dip in the hot tub. Stroll along the Tewitfield Canal Locks for scenic views of the countryside, ideal for avid walkers and cyclists. The village is home to a marina, where you will find barges and boats and across the road is an excellent farm shop selling local produce and hosting crafts. You can enjoy dining at a County Inn, Longlands Hotel with a restaurant serving traditional meals. Have some family fun at Crazy Golf @ Greenlands and enjoy exploring the surrounding area, with Pike Lake for a peaceful afternoon and Cinderbarrow Miniature Railway slightly further afield. Jump in the car and visit the market town of Carnforth for a wide selection eateries and specialty shops for a souvenir to remember your holiday by.
