Entertainment facilities are closed from mid nov - mid Feb out of season. Stays outside these dates are still available for a nice relaxing break overlooking the bay. All other times are accommodation only.

Seasonal entertainment facilities include a pool, sauna, restaurant, show bar, amusement arcade, indoor and outdoor play area, beer garden, shop, launderette. Entertainment passes can be purchased on arrival at reception. Please note facilities in quieter times of the season may be limited.

If you like to be beside the seaside, the popular town of Morecambe is just a few miles away with its famous promenade, shops, bars, restaurants and amusement arcades. It has a fantastic sandy beach, one of the best in the area, and the smell of fish and chips wafts from the nearby sellers. If you prefer a more cosmopolitan experience then the city of Lancaster is just 5 miles away with a fantastic shopping centre containing all the usual brands and designer stores.To the north you can reach Kendal, ’the gateway to the Lakes’ in around a 25-minute drive, from there you are in the heart of the South Lakes and the Lake District National Park. Visit the famous steamers on Lake Windermere or the popular towns of Bowness, Windermere and Ambleside for a truly unique Lake District experience. Beach 4 miles. Shop and restaurant on site

Heysham is a picturesque coastal village resting just a few miles from the town of Morecambe and the city of Lancaster. Woodland, open grassland and sandy beaches surround this village which houses a selection of shops, pubs, eateries and small businesses, offering something to suit all visitors. Brush up on the local history by spending time at the Heysham Heritage Centre, or if you are feeling adventurous, catch the ferry to the Isle of Man. Within striking distance is the larger town of Morecambe where you will find further amenities and attractions including the Eric Morecambe Statue and The Stone Jetty. Slightly further afield is the city of Lancaster, where you will find a medieval castle, four museums and Williamson Park which often hosts open-air concerts during the summer. Heysham is a peaceful base for exploring the area further.
